YOUTH SAILING LESSONS

  • Classes taught by US Sailing Certified Instructors
  • Boats and equipment are provided to sailors participating in the “Learn to Sail” Program

Walnut Valley Sailing Club offers youth sailing classes. Our US Sailing certified instructors teach to all skill levels and are offered at different times to accommodate youth schedules. Youth classes meet during the day in the summer.  Many of our “students” come back year after year and continue to build on their sailing skills. Our boats include Catalina 14.2’s, Catalina 22’s, Lasers and a Sonar for the level 2 sailors and Prams, Optis and Sabots for the level 1 beginners. Young sailors are also invited to participate in weekly Wednesday evening club racing. Please contact us at info@wvsailingclub.com with any questions.
